We store enquiries securely and use the details to review your plans and respond. Access is limited to authorised staff. Newsletter subscriptions require email confirmation; enquiries do not automatically subscribe you.

Cookies and optional services

Essential session cookies support forms and security. Optional analytics and marketing scripts load only after the corresponding consent. Our spam-protection provider may process verification information when you submit a protected form. External WhatsApp, map and provider services have their own privacy notices.

Retention and requests

The routine enquiry-retention period is 730 days. Booking records and records subject to a lawful retention need may be retained separately. Encrypted backups follow the operator’s backup retention schedule; deletion from active systems does not instantly erase every backup copy.

Request access, correction or deletion by email. The team must verify identity and assess any legal retention duty before acting. Ask for the applicable controller, transfer and legal-basis details before submitting information if you need clarification.
